Common Sense Association Management
Common Sense Association Management was started by Greg Ivarson in response to a need in the Community Association Management field that is being expressed by Board Members and Homeowners alike. Common Sense Association Management's goal is to provide the outstanding individual service wanted by the typical homeowner and the Board of Director's.
Common Sense Association Management is different. Located in San Luis Obispo County and San Francisco Bay areas, individual managers only handle 5 to 6 full accounts maximum. This keeps the workload manageable and allows us to address every Homeowner with individual care, concern with professionalism.
